I knew when I saw your post that this book was familiar. It sounded good, and I finally figured out why it sounded familiar. I’d seen it on the Powell’s Staff Picks list when I was looking for possibilities for the Themed Reading Challenge. Cool – I now have my first official pick for that challenge I was already considering it, but your review clinched it.

I loved how Karin actually got a little jealous of the sister Mark thought he’d lost because she didn’t see herself that way at all. This was a really great book. Good review.
