February 29, 2008 – CHALLENGE COMPLETED!I stayed up late on the last day of this challenge to complete my final book – Cat’s Eye, by Margaret Atwood. The books I read for this challenge were all great, except for Wilder’s Pulitzer winner which I found rather dull. My favorite read of the challenge was A Thousand Splendid Suns. I thoroughly enjoyed participating. Thank you to Kathleen who hosted!

Thanks for joining! I like your list. I’ll be posting mine today, and also linking to your post.
So glad to have a new challenge member! I’ve never read any of those and look forward to your comments about them.

I’m excited about this challenge!!! Thanks for hosting, Kathleen – and thanks for the warm welcome, Deb
I read A Thousand Splendid Suns a few weeks ago and it is definitely one of my favorite reads for this year!
Myrthe, I’m in the middle of it right now and HOOKED. Wow. Great book.
I didn’t post “A Thousand Splendid Suns” on my list, but this and “The Kite Runner” both look interesting to me!
Great list!
