I have looked at a lot of slow cooker cookbooks, and this one is quite appealing and easy to follow. Pam: I didn't know that she had written a Rice Cooker cookbook...I'll have to check it out. I love her bread baking one and the one that she has for the rice cooker is excellent (which by the way makes perfect oatmeal).
