This week is all about photos. Dewey writes:
Decide what to illustrate and start taking photos… Create a post of your photos.

I decided to create a post which will tell my readers a little bit about myself. Everyone knows I love books and challenges…so my first photo gives you a glimpse into the chaos of my TBR stacks:
But, I don’t just read books. I’m also a volunteer at a nonprofit therapeutic horseback riding program in Shasta County, California. Every Monday and Wednesday morning I spend my time under the California sun with horses
and wonderful people – and the best part is all the smiles:
A photo collage of who I am would not be complete without my husband:
and my fur children:
And finally, I’ll leave you with my favorite place to read:

I cannot believe those stacks of books !!!! OMG!!!
Wow, Wendy, you’ve just blown my perception of you being a neat freak!
Ok, I see books, horse, husband, wonderful people you work with, fur kids, needlework, sitting spot — but where are YOU?
I love these photos, Wendy. It’s nice to have a face to go with the hubby – and the fur babies. I also love your book stacks, complete with post-it notes. Was that challenge names I saw written on them?
Laura: Believe it, baby! *laughing*
Terri: LOL…actually, I’ve never been a neat freak, but those books would be better organized (and look better) if I had a built in bookcase. And THIS is why I am badgering Kip to turn my guest room into a library of sorts! As far as where I am…you’ve all seen me, I thought I’d give you a glimpse of others
Jill: Thanks! Yes, post it notes are for challenges; and each stack where you see a note are books for that challenge. It was the only way I could keep it all straight!
Um wow, and I thought I had major stacking problems! That’s unbelievable. But what I wouldn’t do for stacks like that.
Oh – how much I would love a little porch with a rocking chair to read on *sigh*
Shasta County.. ahhh we had the best vacation there once- on a houseboat in Lake Shasta. Beautiful.
I loved seeing you pictures! Thanks for sharing.
Love your red and white porch furniture!
Natasha: I am having to be more and more creative these days…I’m hoping the chaos will motivate my husband to build me some books shelves *evil grin*
Mrs. S.: I envisioned that little porch with a rocker for a looooooooong time before it came to fruition. I bet you get one of your own one of these days too!
Lisamm: Oh, you’ve been up here! That’s awesome. It is beautiful. Glad you enjoyed the photos.
SmallWorld: Thank you!
