Lisa: I am not sure why this got so many accolades. I felt like I must have missed something – but ultimately I had to go with my gut…I just didn’t like the characters and felt unmoved by their story.

I didn’t like this one at all. Yours is the first average review I’ve seen – most people seem to love it or hate it! I don’t like cricket at all, which probably puts me in a worse position than Americans who know nothing about it. Does anyone who doesn’t love cricket like this book?
