This update covers hours thirteen and fourteen of the Read-A-Thon (5:00 pm to 7:00 pm PST).
How I am feeling at this point in the Event:Very tired…time for dinner!
Mini Challenges during this Time Period:
I posted the mid-event survey in this time period.
I also decided to do Jill’s Musical Mini-Challenge:
I chose one of my favorite Norah Jones’ songs which I thought a bit appropriate for the Read-A-Thon: Wake Me Up
I especially think the the last stanza fits: “I will still feel it later on, But for now I’d rather be asleep” because that is kind of what I’m thinking right now!!!

I’m laughing at your song choice…that’s perfect!
You are so organized!
You keep such detailed stats! I am so impressed. I seem to have a difficult time just logging in the minutes read and total pages completed
Hope you were able to have a nice dinner and feel re-energized.
Wow! I am amazed at your stats. wish I kept up with who I had visited as well as you.
Good luck with the final hours.
Jill: Why thank you! Glad it made you laugh
Kailana: I create the bones of these posts ahead of time…and then just fill in the ‘blanks.’ It helps a lot – especially when I start getting tired!
Molly: *laughs* Well, I set up my posts ahead of time…that way I don’t have to create the whole thing every time…Dinner was great
Mari: Thanks!
