Carrie: I know what you mean about trying to get caught up! I have been being pickier lately…but I couldn’t resist Sheehan’s book since I loved her previous novel.

Serena: *laughs* I also pick up books just because there is a dog on the cover!

Beth: They are great (funny) dogs!

Kathy: *laughs* I agree!

Avisannschild: I know what you mean – I keep thinking I’ll get LESS stressed. I’m hoping the book helps!

I’d never heard of Finder Fox before seeing it on your site. I gave it a try — pretty cool! Does it have to be activated on sites, I’m assuming? I’m going to try it out on other sites later on. I love the cover of “Now & Then,” and the author’s name sounds really familiar. Not trying to win it — I’ll give it a look from the library. Ours is a house of cats, not dogs, though the girls and I are trying to convince my husband a cute, small dog would be a welcome addition. He’s just not biting, sadly. I have a book about animals, in terms of God and the face that he loves and cares for all he’s created. ( Animals in Heaven? “Catholics Want to Know!” It even talks about coping with the grief when we have to say goodbye to our beloved companions (a situation we faced several years ago — my girls took it hard). It’s got some great, heartwarming personal stories in there, too.

Now and Then looks really good! I just got offered that one, but I can’t remember if I said yes or not. I’m trying to limit my review copies for a while till I get caught up.
