Here is what arrived at MY house this week:
Marisa de los Santos writes wonderful novels, so I was very excited when Chelsey from William Morrow (an imprint of Harper Collins) sent me a review copy of the author’s newest book Falling Together. The novel centers around three friends: Pen, Cat, and Will, who meet on their first day of college. Despite what seemed to be an unbreakable bond, the friendship breaks apart as they move into adulthood. Now, years later, Cat makes contact with Pen and Will requesting they all meet at their college reunion. What unfolds is a “collision of past and present” and “an emotionally resonant novel about our deepest human connections.” I have read both of Marisa de los Santos’ previous novels: Love Walked In (read my review), and Belong To Me (read my review) – both of which I enjoyed immensely. Watch for my review and a TWO BOOK GIVEAWAY on this one sometime during the first week of October.
